Senior Support Engineer (.Net)

Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing support to external customers. S/he will also be responsible for troubleshooting reported issues to define root cause and implement fixes as well as providing technical consultancy to customers. In addition, s/he will communicate directly with customers to solve issues and follow case handling processes and SLA.


Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or any related discipline
- 3+ years of experience
- Excellent knowledge in development & support of .NET applications
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Excellent English
- CRM knowledge is a plus
